For bookings for our Sunday carvery, we will try our best with any requests you may have but we cannot guarantee.  Please advise of any dietary requirements in advance.  Special events, for example Mothering Sunday, will have a different menu to our normal carvery menu.  Deposits paid for our Sunday carvery are non refundable.

In December & special entertainment nights, a deposit will be required to confirm your booking.

If the deposit is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the provisional booking without prior notification.

Full payment & your menu selections are due 4 weeks prior to your booking date. Please make sure you inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies.

We no longer take cheques so please pay by debit, credit card online or by cash in person.

By paying your deposit you accept our terms and conditions.

We regret that no refunds will be given unless The Boathouse cancels the event.

It may be necessary for large groups to be positioned on separate tables. Room layouts are not known until 24 hours prior to the function. Requests are noted but not guaranteed.
